Sosped: is a non-governmental welfare organization operating in the social and health sector. The mission of Sosped is to support and promote wellbeing and recovery through social and peer support. The framework stems from social pedagogy and its holistic and relationship-centered approach to care and wellbeing. Sosped has been working with peer-support since 1984.

STANDO LTD is a research and educational organisation based in Cyprus, dedicated to the advancement of research and innovation. We actively participate in the planning and implementation of national and international projects, aiming at providing innovative solutions that facilitate the development of people and the cohesion of societies. FEJAR is an entity that encompasses the different Associations and Centres that offer treatment for the addictive behaviours that exist in the Spanish State. Right now, it is composed by 22 associations and 2 autonomous Federation, represeting 70% of the territory of the State.
Our basic task is the coordination between all the entities in their respective work fields, which are related to the prevention, assistance and social integration of people affected by these behavioural disorders who use our Centres. At the same time, we represent these people when dealing with the different public administrations and private companies.
One of the responsibilities of FEJAR is assisting these associations in every aspect, as well as developing the preventive and formative programmes offered to our associates.
We collaborate in this task with international scientific entities, as well as the central government (mainly the Ministry of Health) to develop the aforementioned programmes.
Currently, we are members of the Spanish Council for Drug Addiction and Other Addictions, depending on the Ministry of Health, with which we work in five work groups, as well as the Advisory Council for Responsible Gambling of the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling of the Ministry of Internal Revenue.
The Center for Information and Treatment of Addicted Persons [KENTHEA] is a national, non-governmental, non-profit organization established in the Republic of Cyprus in 1994. KENTHEA is an expert on addiction prevention, treatment, research, and education. It offers universal prevention programs within the school system and selective prevention programs for organised bodies (e.g., the National Army) and the community, in collaboration with local and national authorities (e.g., Social Welfare Services). Additionally, KENTHEA provides scientific management and clinical supervision for a national network of addiction treatment centers. The centers offer substance and behavioural addictions counseling to the community and through collaboration with law enforcement authorities. Through these counseling centers, KENTHEA trains psychology students on addictions counselling. KENTHEA is highly regarded and recognized expert in addiction, so by the community as by the authorities of Cyprus.
